In this presentation, Dr. Graham Pawelec reviews lessons from SARS-CoV-2 infection and vaccination, immune system control of Herpes zoster (shingles), and seasonal influenza in humans. Knowledge of human aging and immunology can contribute to greater understanding of companion animal aging and immune function.
